Service Areas and Eligibility
CCA serves families in 42 communities within eight school districts:
- Argyle ISD
- Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD (Denton County portion)
- Coppell ISD
- Frisco ISD
- Lake Dallas ISD
- Lewisville/Flower Mound ISD
- Little Elm ISD
- Northwest ISD
Eligibility
Families that live within these boundaries must have 90 days residency and documented financial eligibility. Requirements for each client vary based on the situation.
Families must have a viable plan for getting back on their feet or be willing to form a plan with a caseworker and must be within 200 percent of Federal Poverty Guidelines in order to remain qualified for the full-range of CCA services.
Limited emergency assistance is available to those who do not meet the 90-day residency or 200 percent of Federal Poverty Guidelines with proof of crisis or financial need.
Accountability
Accountability is stressed in all facets of CCA's ministry. As CCA is accountable to the families it serves, those families in turn must be accountable by following CCA guidelines and remain in good standing in order to continue receiving services and benefits. We seek to build deep, lasting relationships with struggling families and give them the tools and confidence to succeed. A family’s commitment to utilizing these tools and support are what leads to the transformation for a more abundant life.
Christian Community Action has developed a model of service that is truly unique in its ability to transform the lives of those who come to us for help. We’re not just here for a quick fix or to put a band-aid on a crisis. Our goal is to start a transformation by providing hope for a better life – both physically and spiritually.
As we serve the families who enter our programs, we work hard to ensure that they are always treated with dignity and respect. We want to support them as they grow and gain the skills to be successful, but it is also important to us that they invest in their own progress. We stress accountability in all facets of our ministry. At CCA, we are accountable to serve these families with compassion and are also accountable to our donors and volunteers to be excellent stewards of all resources entrusted to us. In turn, we expect the same accountability from the families we assist, linking our financial support to responsible actions on their part.

Eligibilidad
Vivir al menos por 90 dias en uno de los 8 distritos escolares: Argyle ISD, Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD (Denton County portion), Coppell ISD, Frisco ISD, Lake Dallas ISD, Lewisville/Flower Mound ISD, Little Elm ISD and Northwest ISD
- Presentar prueba de su necesidad economica.
- Proveer documentos de su nucleo familiar ingresos, gastos.
- Proporcione identificacion para todos los miembros de su familia.
- Debe tener un plan viable o estar dispuesto a establecer uno con su Trabajadora de Caso.
- Ser Cooperador y Honesto con los empleados de Christian Community Action.
- No puede exceder el 200% de los Limites de Ingresos Federales (FPG’s) para mantenerse calificado para todos los servicios de CCA*
- Llame al 972-436-4357 y pida una cita para ser evaluado por una de las Trabajadoras de Casos de CCA.
*Proveemos una asistencia limitada a aquellas personas que no cumplen con las requisitos de los 90 dias de residencia o con los Limites de Ingresos Federales, si usted puede comprobar su crisis o su necesidad economica.
Responsabilidad
La responsabilidad está acentuada en todas las facetas del ministerio del CCA. Asi como el CCA es responsable por las familias que sirve, se espera que estas familias sean responsables al seguir las normas del CCA y mantenerse en buena posición en orden de continuar recibiendo servicios y beneficios. Buscamos constroir profundasy duraderas relaciones con las familias en dificultades y proporcionarles las herramientas y la confianza para el exito. El compromiso familiar en utilizar y apoyar estas herramientas es lo que llevaa la transformación para una vida en abondancia.
