Each day, CCA creates an atmosphere of hope for the lost, lonely, and broken. Because of COVID-19, we have taken the necessary steps to be as safe as possible and to continue to meet the needs of the families and individuals who need assistance during this time.
The health and safety of our employees, clients, partners and volunteers is our top priority during this time. CCA is taking every precaution and has put together preventive actions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We are closely monitoring and preparing for possible scenarios to ensure we have the right plans and resources in place to make informed decisions.
With the closings of restaurants, retailers, and other service-oriented businesses, many people in our community have seen a significant reduction in income or job loss. This will impact CCA, as we experiencing an increase in the number of families who are requesting help for rental, utility, and food assistance.
We are grateful to the businesses and organizations who have contacted us asking how they can help CCA. If you’d like to help us during this time, check out our opportunities for volunteering or how you can donate financially.
Below are a few steps CCA is taking to ensure the safety of our employees, volunteers, and clients.
